AICP or “Android Ice Cold Project” started on Desire HD in 2012 and since then has evolved into mature ROM. Until Lollipop, AICP ROMs were based on AOKP (Android Open Kang Project). After Lollipop AICP changed their base to CM (CyanogenMod) which later re-brand to LAOS (LineageOS). ACIP latest stable release for Sony Xperia Z2 is version 13.1.

How to Flash Android 8.1 Oreo on Xperia Z2 Unofficial AICP 13.1
[label variation=”label-primary”]Step 1:[/label] Download AICP Sirius 13.1 Oreo. Make sure you download latest build.
[label variation=”label-primary”]Step 2:[/label] Download latest GApps for Android Oreo 8.1. You can download any package you want depends on what Google Apps you need.
[label variation=”label-primary”]Step 3:[/label] Transfer the ROM and GApps on your phone SD card.
[label variation=”label-primary”]Step 4:[/label] Enter in recovery mode. For that Switch ON your phone by pressing and holding Volume UP and Volume DOWN buttons until you see LED light turn into any color. Make sure you have latest TWRP flashed on your phone.
[label variation=”label-primary”]Step 5:[/label] Once you’re in TWRP recovery, Wipe System, Data, Cache, ART/Dalvik Cache.
[label variation=”label-primary”]Step 6:[/label] Flash the ROM you just transferred to your phone.
